Spotify is one of the most dominant streaming services in the world. According to Business Insider, Spotify is ranked as the Best Streaming Service in 2021 . Across the world there are 165 million premium subscribers and 381 million users. Spotify was founded in 2006 by Daniel Ek as a Swedish streaming and media service. Since 2006, Spotify has expanded to a worldwide service, catering to millions of users every day. This streaming service is outranking Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube Music because of their carefully constructed database fit to each listener. As of 2021, Spotify is available in 178 countries. Around the world there are 365 million active monthly users, and according to Backlinko.com, 34% of Spotify's monthly users are from Europe.
